The Registrant issued a press release on February 2, 2004, entitled "The Exploration Company To Present At Friedland Capital's Oil, Gas & Energy Conference in Houston". The presentation and webcast were held live at 11:40 a.m. central time on Wednesday, February 4, 2004, and may be played back for the next 90 days from the Company's website.
On February 4, 2004 the Registrant delivered a presentation to the Friedland Capital's Oil, Gas & Energy Conference in Houston, Texas. An outline of that presentation is included at Exhibit 99.2. During the presentation, Mr. Thomae gave an operations update and reviewed financial information, which had been previously disclosed.
