1. Rasmus Refer was previously the CEO of the Company from April 2019 to August 31, 2020 and Director of the Company from April 2019 to November 30, 2020. He holds 3,500,000 shares in his own name, 72,895,078 shares held by Saqoia, Inc., of which he has voting and dispositive power, and 3,500,000 shares held by Wikisoft Holdings, of which he has voting and dipositive power.
