On June 12, 2023, Innovative Eyewear, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a multi-year global licensing agreement with Authentic Brands Group (the “License Agreement”) for the Company’s smart eyewear products. Pursuant to the License Agreement, the Company received a license to utilize the iconic athletic brand Reebok for its smart eyewear products, which became enforceable against the Company on June 16, 2023.
The Company issued a press release announcing the entrance into the License Agreement, which has been filed as Exhibit 99.1, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
