1. William R. Kruse owns 1,014,300 shares of stock in his individual accounts over which he has sole voting and dispositive power. William R. Kruse and Deborah L. Kruse, husband and wife that share the same household, own 8,416,484 shares in accounts as joint tenants with right of survivorship. Includes shares acquired through December 19, 2020. Ms. Deborah Kruse is unable to file separately as EDGAR access codes have not been able to be obtained by the filing date.
