ObsEva SA (“ObsEva”) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) on June 13, 2017 at 15:00 CET at Hotel Mövenpick, 20 route de Pré-Bois, 1215 Geneva, Switzerland.

The notice containing the agenda and draft resolutions and stating the time and place of the meeting was published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on May 23, 2017.
