On May 28, 2019, BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (the “Company”) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, all proposed resolutions were approved, as further detailed in the Company’s proxy statement for the Meeting, furnished on Form 6-K to the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 23, 2019.
