Item 8.01.Other Events
On April 1, 2021, Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the execution of an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated March 31, 2021, providing for the acquisition of HubTran, Inc. (“HubTran”) by TBK Bank, SSB, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
