Explanation of Responses:
1. The stock option shall vest over a four year period beginning on July 21, 2010, in reason of 25% per year (prorated monthly). All of the stock options become fully vested and exercisable upon completion of the Issuer's initial public offering.
2. 25% of the stock option vested on June 27, 2012 and the remaining 75% of the shares vest on a monthly basis over the following three years.
