Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 27, 2020, The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Sid Wainer & Son, a distributor of specialty products and produce in the Northeast. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

 

Additionally, the Company expects to provide updated full-year 2020 guidance in conjunction with its anticipated fourth quarter earnings and fiscal year 2019 reporting on February 12, 2020.
