On February 14, 2024, Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release to announce that the Company had resubmitted its Biologics License Application (BLA) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for LYMPHIR™ (denileukin diftitox) for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
