(TMDI) as of the date Mr. Schmidt was required to file this Form 3, November 15, 2019 (the date Mr. Schmidt was appointed as director and CEO of the Issuer), and does not reflect the current ownership of TMDI as of the date of this filing, which will be disclosed in a separate Form 4.

2. Shares are held by Texas MDI, Inc. (TMDI). Donal R. Schmidt Jr. is the founder and President of TMDI, and has voting and dispositive control over the shares of the Issuer's common stock held by TMDI.
