Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported securities are owned directly by Star Blessing Enterprises Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("Star Blessing"), and indirectly by Oriental Excel Enterprises Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("Oriental Excel") as the owner of all of the outstanding securities of Star Blessing. The reported securities may also be deemed to be indirectly owned by the reporting person due to the fact that on July 2, 2010, the reporting person acquired 100% of the outstanding securities of Oriental Excel and became the entity's sole director. The reporting person is also the spouse of Mr. An Fengbin, the issuer's chief executive officer, president and director. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of the reporting person's pecuniary interest in the securities.
