Explanation of Responses:

1. This amended Form 3 is being filed to correct a clerical error in the amount of securities reported, which inadvertently failed to include 3 shares of common stock and the date of event requiring statement which should have been January 25, 2010, the effective date of the issuer's registration statement on Form 8-A. In addition, this amended Form 3 is being filed to include as reporting persons Star Blessing Enterprises Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("Star Blessing") and Oriental Excel Enterprises Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("Oriental Excel") for the reasons set forth in note 2.

2. The reported securities are owned directly by Star Blessing and indirectly by Oriental Excel as the owner of all of the outstanding securities of Star Blessing. The reported securities may also be deemed to be indirectly owned by Mr. An Fengbin due to the fact that as of January 25, 2010, Mr. An had the power to vote and dispose of all of the securities of Oriental Excel pursuant to an Authorization Letter dated October 28, 2008, as supplemented on July 10, 2009, and executed by Ms. Lai WaiChi, a citizen of Hong Kong, who held 100% equity interest in Oriental Excel (the "Oriental Interest") as of that date. In addition, pursuant to a certain Agreement dated March 26, 2009, as amended on August 30, 2009, between Mr. An and Ms. Lai, Mr. An was granted the right to acquire the Oriental Interest for no consideration in the event that certain conditions are met.

Remarks:

This report is filed jointly by Star Blessing Enterprises Limited, Oriental Excel Enterprises Limited and Mr. An Fengbin, all of whom are 10% owners. In addition, Mr. An is an officer and director of the issuer.
