Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On May 17, 2023, LNPR Group Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), entered into a Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Mark Emerson, it’s Chief Executive Officer, pursuant to which the Company agreed to pay Mr. Emerson $200 per hour for certain consulting services within 14 days of receipt of invoices from Mr. Emerson. In addition, the Company agreed to reimburse Mr. Emerson for all travel expenses to and from all work sites, meal expenses, administrative expenses, lodging expenses if work demands overnight stays, and miscellaneous travel-related expenses (parking and tolls). The term of the Agreement is from the date of the Agreement until November 16, 2023 subject to renewal with terms and conditions agreed by both parties. Either party may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days prior written notice.
