Explanation of Responses:
1. This amount includes 2,797 restricted shares of Common Stock that were granted under the Issuer's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan. Subject to the terms of the Issuer's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan and the applicable award agreements thereunder, these restricted shares vest in four equal installments on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of their respective grant dates.

7. 3,208 shares of Common Stock underlying this Stock Option are immediately exercisable. The remaining 3,209 shares will become exercisable as follows: 1,604 shares on 4/1/2018 and 1,605 shares on 4/1/2019.
8. 1,426 shares of Common Stock underlying this Stock Option are immediately exercisable. The remaining 4,279 shares will become exercisable as follows: 1,426 shares on 4/1/2018, 1,426 shares on 4/1/2019, and 1,427 shares on 4/1/2020.
9. The 5,647 shares of Common Stock underlying this Stock Option will become exercisable as follows: 1,411 shares on 4/1/2018, 1,412 shares on 4/1/2019, 1,412 shares on 4/1/2020, and 1,412 shares on 4/1/2021.
