On April 18, 2023, Cuentas, Inc. announced that it regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement and all other criteria for continued listing on The NASDAQ Stock Market. A copy of the press release issued by the company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
