On October 30, the board of directors of Quality Industrial Corp. (the “Company”) adopted the following committee charters and related policy:

(iv)Corporate Governance Committee Charter

 

Each of the Company’s committee charter contains the purpose, membership, responsibilities, composition and other related policies and procedures.
