1. This stock option grant of 11/21/2003 vested 25% on the first anniversary of the grant date and vests at 12.5% every six months thereafter. Grant will be fully vested on 11/21/2007.
2. This stock option grant of 1/27/2005 vested 25% on the first anniversary of the grant date and vests at 12.5% every six months thereafter. Grant will be fully vested on 1/27/2009.
3. This stock option grant of 2/15/2006 vested 25% on the first anniversary of the grant date and vests at 12.5% every six months thereafter. Grant will be fully vested on 2/15/2010.
