(b) On October 4, 2019, Mark Sullivan notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of TriState Capital Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire as a director of the Company and its TriState Capital Bank subsidiary. His decision to retire did not involve any disagreement with the company, its management or its Board of Directors. He will continue to be an employee its TriState Capital Bank subsidiary.
