Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr Unerkov is a sole owner of a company named Intek Solutions Pty Ltd. On May 26, 2009, Intek Solutions Pty Ltd had indirect ownership of 5,243,000 shares of China Digital Ventures Corporation through a 49% ownership of Wireless One International Limited, which held 10,700,000 shares of the Issuer.

Remarks:

On May 26, 2009, Mr. Unerkov was appointed as Director of China Digital Ventures Corporation.
