David Yu Chen was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Birch Branch, Inc. ("BRBH") effective as of July 12, 2010, the expiration of the 10 day period after the date of the filing by BRBH of a Schedule 14(f) with the SEC with respect to the share exchange which occurred on June 28, 2010 and is disclosed in the BRBH Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on July 2, 2010.
