(b) On January 3, 2020, Mr. Robert A. Allen delivered his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) to Mr. Randolph I. Thornton, the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Allen served as a member of the Board beginning in August 2004, and previously served as President of Core-Mark International, Inc. from 1996 to 2003.
