Remarks:
Gallant Energy International Inc. ("Gallant") owns 5,000,000 shares of the common stock of Tiger Ethanol International Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. James Leung is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gallant, and is the sole person who exercises voting and investment control over the shares held by Gallant. Mr. Leung may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the securities of the Company owned by Gallant. 450,000 shares of the Company's common stock are held by Sun Rich International Limited, a corporation owned by Mr. Leung and his wife. Such shares may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Leung. On October 5, 2006, Mr. Leung was granted options to purchase 60,000 shares of the common stock of the Comapny at an exercise price of $.05 per share. On November 6, 2006, Mr. Leung was granted options to purchase 10,000 shares of the common stock of the Company at an exercise price of $2.00 per share. 5,000 of these options vested immeditately, and 5,000 will vest at two years from the date of the grant. On March 5, 2007, Mr. Leung sent to the Company a Notice of Exercise of Option to buy 60,000 shares of the common stock of the Company at an exercise price of $0.05 per share. The stock certificate representing the 60,000 shares underlying the option was issued on March 15, 2007.
