1. On February 14, 2008, Mr. Tri Vu Truong was appointed as a director and the Chief Executive Officer of the issuer. Mr. Truong is a shareholder in a proportion of 50% of United Best Technology Limited, which has acquired 3,500,000 restricted shares of the issuer.
