Explanation of Responses:

1. Chimerica Capital, LLC ("Chimerica") owns the reported securities directly. As the sole owner of Chimerica, Mr. Wang has the power to vote and dispose of the shares owned by Chimerica. As such, Mr. Wang may be deemed to beneficially own the reported securities. However, Mr. Wang disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the reporting of these securities by him shall not be deemed to be an admission that he has beneficial ownership of such securities for the purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or for any other purposes.
