The Trust holds 957,335 shares of Class A Common Stock as follows: 637,600 shares held as a direct limited partner of RMS, Ltd.; and 319,735 shares directly. 2,985 shares vested on 3/23/2018, of which 1,354 shares were returned to the Company to cover taxes and the balance of the shares were transferred to this account. 2,863 shares vested on 3/24/2018, of which 1,299 shares were returned to the Company to cover taxes and the balance of the shares were transferred to this account. 6,770 shares vested on 3/26/2018, of which 3,071 shares were returned to the Company to cover taxes and the balance of the shares were transferred to this account. |
