On April 10, 2008, Intelsat, Ltd. announced the resignation of Joseph Wright as Chairman of the Board and Director of Intelsat, Ltd. Mr. Wright submitted his letter of resignation on April 4, 2008.

On April 10, 2008, Intelsat, Ltd. issued a press release relating to the foregoing matters, a copy of which is furnished herewith as an exhibit.
