Explanation of Responses:

1. The general partner of RAHFCO Select, LP (the "Fund") is RAHFCO Management Group, LLC ("RAHFCO Management"). Randal K. Hansen is the controlling member of RAHFCO Management. Mr. Hansen and RAHFCO Management may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by the Fund. Mr. Hansen may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power over the shares held by RAHFCO Management. Each reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares reported herein, except to the extent of his or its pecuniary interest therein, if any, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that such reporting person is the beneficial owner of the shares for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 or for any other purpose.
