Explanation of Responses:
1. Mrs. Shuckhart exercised 19,200 stock options: 3,200 @ $6.75 = $21,600; 6,000 @ $5.25 = $31,500; 10,000 @ $6.20 = $62,000; Totaling $115,100 and are being held with her spouse, Rodney M. Shuckhart JTWROS
2. 4,000 stock option shares granted 3/24/1998 at $6.75 per share vesting over nine years expiring March 24, 2008 vesting 400 shares annually and 800 shares vesting 3/24/2007.
3. 10,000 stock option shares granted 11/28/2000 at $5.25 per share vesting over nine years expiring November 28, 2010 vesting 1,000 shares annually and 2,000 shares 11/28/2009.
4. 40,000 stock option shares granted 3/26/2002 at $6.20 per share vesting over nine years expiring March 26, 2010 vesting 4,000 shares annually and 8,000 shares vesting 3/26/2011.
5. 8,000 stock option shares granted 1/25/2005 at $12.62 per share vesting over five years expiring Janaury 25, 2015 vesting 1,600 shares annually.
Remarks:
All stock owned and stock option grants split 2-for-1 October 23, 2006 and began trading on NASDAQ on a split-adjusted basis on October 24, 2006.
