Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.*

 

On March 25, 2020, Alta Equipment Group Inc. (“Alta” or the “Company”) issued a press release and posted a presentation to its website announcing financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2019. The 2019 financial results for Alta reflect the twelve months ended December 31, 2019, prior to the closing on February 14, 2020 of the Company’s recent business combination. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
