On August 28, 2023, Matthew A. Ouimet, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cedar Fair Management, Inc., the general partner of Cedar Fair, L.P. (the “Partnership”), notified the Partnership of his intention to resign as a member of the Board effective September 1, 2023. Mr. Ouimet served on the People, Culture & Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees of the Board. Mr. Ouimet advised the Partnership that his decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Partnership on any matter relating to our operations, policies, or practices.
