Item 5.07           Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting on May 10, 2023. A total of 75,398,364 shares of common stock were present in person or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting, representing approximately 90.53% of the Company’s outstanding common stock as of the March 15, 2023 record date. The following are the voting results for the proposals considered and voted upon at the Annual Meeting, all of which were described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 28, 2023.

1.Election of Directors. The following six nominees were elected to the Board of Directors of the Company to serve for the ensuing year and until their respective successors are elected and qualified.
