Subject: Costs of being public and SOX

To whom it may concern,

I am president of a small public company which has been damaged by the implementation of the SOX rules. Because a limited number of dishonest people have acted improperly the SOX rules have made being a small developing public company very burdensome. In fact we are studying ways to go private. I believe the implementation of these rules is the worst thing congress could have done to hurt the development of you entrepreneurial public companies and the American economy.

We are also faced from time to time with improper shorting. I believe regulators should fix the problem. Small issuers traded on the Pink Sheets and the OTCBB deserve the same transparency and regulatory oversight of short selling as those listed on Exchanges or NASDAQ.

Sincerely,

Greg Pusey

Ps I sit on several other public boards of small companies and we all share the same frustration and waste of money.
